LET'S HELP DEO UPGRADE HIS VAN!

Many of you know of Deo our Ugandan driver, friend, and brother in Christ.  John and Jennifer first met Deo around 2004 when they were at the Arise Uganda festival in Rukungiri.  Over the years Deo has been Eternal Impact’s main driver and logistics manager when visiting Uganda ( and not just a driver but a friend and a blessing).

Deo is married and has 3 biological children and 8 children/young adults that he cares for (His brother passed away some years back and Deo is their guardian).  To earn income he has his own safari company where he takes visitors on scenic drives in various “parks” to view the animals and landscape in Uganda. 

This has been greatly curtailed with Covid-19, and the lockdowns have had a negative effect on his income.  But, things are opening up for Uganda and hopefully his business will be profitable this year and the years to come.  As you can imagine the main piece of equipment you would need for a safari business would be a good vehicle. Deo’s desire is to “upgrade” his van (see above) to a better option that will be more comfortable for his clients with air conditioning, and more reliable.

We, his Eternal Impact champions, would like to help Deo with a van upgrade to empower him to continue to support his immediate and extended family.  Deo has sold his old van to start the fund for a new van, and we'd like to help him with the rest!

He needs a minimum of $5000 for a van upgrade, and he has sold his old van for $3500.  So, we're asking you to make a huge impact on Deo and his family by raising at least $1500 for this.  

Please pray and give what you can towards this fund to meet (and beat!) this $1500 goal.  By helping with this, you will give our dear brother Deo the tool he needs to support the many people the Lord has brought under Deo's care!
